I met Torri on January 19th, 2016. My birthday of all days! We were seated at the same table in one of the finest establishments on the open seas. Just as a heads up, never, I repeat, never order the Chilled Apple Soup. It’ll chill your soul and destroy any respect you once had for any form of soup. Never again. We bonded over the memory of that soup. To this day, it still terrifies our taste buds. But without it, we never would have become friends. So I must say thank you to that horror-in-a-bowl. Though you ruined soup, you created a friendship. I’d say it was a worthy trade.
